I'm compelled to share a heartfelt 500-star review for Emmanuel Umezulike, whose customer service transcends any experience I've encountered. In my rush to acquire medication, I inadvertently pressured him, resulting in a dispensing error. Despite my delay in returning his calls, Emmanuel went above and beyond, personally driving to my location to rectify the mistake. I am impressed ! New pharmacy look nice, clean and organized. But the most important is that now I feel welcomed there, and I recived the support that I needed. Emmanuel- the pharmacist has helped me with ongoing issue I had before at pharmacy with medicines for my daughter.  He went above and beyond to make sure that I will recive the medicine that was out of stock and now I do get the right medicine on time.
Emmanuel always gives the great advice when it comes to additional treatment and over counter medicines.

We had a great experience with Avante Pharmacy. I went there with my mum who had a severe boil. I was in today with my partner, I'm in the middle of changing surgeries and I ran out of all my medication, but "Jason derulo" look-a-like (Emmanuel, the pharmacist) was VERY helpful and understanding and phoned my old surgery to get my medicine sorted for me. (he didn't have to) but he went out of his way and as a true professional with a big heart helped me. Lloyds previously was an absolute shambles and took nearly 2 weeks to get your repeat prescription and 3-5 days to order in stock, but Emmanuel and his team are on point and have the best duty of care to their customers/patients.
